The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources has a website where you can get water analyses from the various water systems in the state. On that page, click on "Contaminants in drinking water" which will take you to a web-based form. Under "System Name" put your city. Under "System Type" choose "Municipal". Under "County" choose your county from the list. Under "DNR Sample Group" choose "Inorganics". You may also have to move the first sample date back to as early as 1999. It will take a little work, but you should be able to get most of the information that you need. (Special thanks go to David Taylor for this information)
You can also go to your local water system and ask for a copy of their latest analysis. It may help to tell them that you are a homebrewer and are just looking for the water's mineral content.
Please note: There are a lot of factors that go into the amount of minerals in municipal water. Different wells will give different readings, sometimes dramatically so. Use these as a starting point. In general, municipal water in Northeast Wisconsin works very well for brewing most beer styles.
